Sidikiba was previously working at Bel Air Mining, a bauxite mining company in Guinea, and has experience as an auditor with Fiduxis. Since June 2024, Sidikiba has been working with West Africa Blue as an accountant, where he is responsible for financial information communications, regulatory compliance, and more. Sidikiba is currently in the process of obtaining a Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification from the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI). He holds a postgraduate diploma in Accounting and Auditing.
