Guinea Community Programs Manager

Oumou has been involved for the last 10 years in community-centric projects implemented in Guinea, The Gambia, South Africa, and Canada. As a socio-anthropology researcher and program manager passionate about local development and environmental conservation, she has worked closely with communities to understand their needs and ensure that they are fully empowered to shape their own path towards socio-economic growth. Oumou’s cross-sectional experience in public health, education, sustainable mining, and financial inclusion informs her work with community members at Blue. Oumou graduated with a bachelor’s in political science at the Université de Montréal, Canada.
