Mamadou possesses over a decade of expertise in strategy and sustainability, honed through pivotal roles across diverse organizations. ​

​Before West Africa Blue, Mamadou worked with Winning Consortium, World Bank Group (WBG), the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change (TBI), and Rio Tinto. At WBG, he led external relations with diverse stakeholders for a $1.5 billion program in Guinea.  At TBI, Mamadou amplified strategic communication for the West African Health Organization. ​
