Kelley is an interdisciplinary conservationist focused on global stakeholder engagement, fundraising, and impact strategy. Before joining West Africa Blue, Kelley served as Course Director of Environmental Science at Verto Education, where she created, taught and managed field-based curricula on climate change and marine ecosystems—including mangrove forests—for international undergraduate programs. She brings years of global, hands-on experience collaborating with governments and communities to protect coastal ecosystems, conduct socioeconomic and biodiversity research, and safeguard endangered species. Kelley holds a Master’s in Environmental Policy from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Stonehill College.
