Isagah coordinates project initiatives working closely with Indigenous communities, traditional and religious leaders, local district councils and national agencies and ministries. He brings longstanding and trusted relationships in the Sherbro River Estuary of Sierra Leone to West Africa Blue. He has been working with Solon since 2010 and supported numerous development initiatives in education, healthcare and conservation in the region. Isagah studied at St. Petersburg University.
